How is it done?
- The participants learn to train the mind by using “Anamai Mind Training” to create a “home” for the mind, to cultivate awareness, concentration and wisdom.
- With awareness and concentration one will learn new concepts and right attitudes towards life by attending classes and daily practice.
- To focus on oneself alone, participants are required to observe guidelines as follows:
- Maintaining silence (except during a private session or discussion)
- Refraining from
- harming all forms of life
- taking things that are not given
- any sexual activity, mentally, verbally or bodily
- taking any intoxicants
- eating a meal after lunch time
- entertainment and self-beautification
- sleeping beyond one's physical need
- Staying the whole 7 days

In Search of True Happiness …
About Anamai Apaiso, a Friend Who Shares This Wisdom with You
Anamai Apaiso, a Life Consultant, has been interested in “how to live a life without a
stress or problem” since a young age. He did all the conventional things he thought would
bring him true happiness --- he went to university, became an engineer and traveled the world
to no avail. He sought answers in ancient and modern wisdom drawn from all major religions
and various sources and found true happiness in simple action “Minding Your Own Business”.
After his discovery he found himself counseling friends and workforce on daily life issues
whilst happily enjoying his engineering job.
Anamai then became a Buddhist monk when he was 35 at the peak of his engineering
career. During his 10 years as a monk he counseled, taught, led spiritual retreats and shared
various wisdom and techniques on how to live a happy, stress-free and contented life as well as
how to handle difficult situations for everyone. He left the monastery in 1998 to share his
revelations with more people. Now, he works as a free lance consultant in various resorts.
