- Shoulder Season (1 April- 31 October) : Cancellation made within 10-14 days prior to the arrival will be charged at 1 nights stay and cancellation made less than 10 days will be charged for the entire stay
- High Season (1 January – 31 March & 1 November – 20 December) : Cancellation made within 17-21 days prior to the arrival will be charged at 3 Nights stay and cancellation made less than 17 days will be charged for the entire stay.
- Peak Season (21 December – 15 January ) : Cancellation made within 21- 30 days prior to the arrival will be charged at 7 Nights stay and cancellation made less than 21 days will be charged for the entire stay.
- NO-Show : In case of no-show, the hotel will charge for the entire period of stay.
